Making a difference

The work Rosebridge does goes beyond financial planning, We are proud to be committed to making a difference in our communities and supporting good causes.

We are proud to be involved with...

Proud to support Save the Family again this year, Save the Family currently have a lot of teenage children on site so this year we have donated 15 “oodies” (a dressing gown/jumper, loved by teens), great for keeping warm over the winter months.

The team joined the Christmas Jumper Day celebrations that took place Thursday 7 December 2023.

The team got their Christmas jumpers on to support the charity in helping kids in the UK and around the world get the best future ever.

We are pleased to support the West Cheshire Foodbank again this year, the work they do all year round is vital for individuals and families in and around Chester. Our donation this year will go towards purchasing the vital items the West Cheshire Foodbank needs.

Some of the Head Office team gave their time to Ramsbottom Pantry this Christmas and Rosebridge made a large donation once again this year to support Ramsbottom Pantry’s efforts in providing help to those in our community who need it in these very challenging times!

We were a Christmas gift drop-off location for hitsradio.co.uk/mission. Rosebridge matched all gifts received by way of a monetary donation, which will help to purchase gifts for age groups with fewer donations and for children with specific needs.

Our Advisor at Chester, Jane O’Hara is involved with Open Door Charity who have involvement in a variety of aspects in mental health and wellbeing. Jane helps to teach young people basic financial knowledge focusing on budgeting, good and bad credit, tax and mortgages.

Michael Wharton at Rosebridge Leeds has been involved with ‘Andy’s Man Club’, which now has over 100 clubs operating around the UK every Monday evening. Michael is proud to assist in their mission to get men talking and to break down the historical stigma associated with men’s mental illness.

We are proud to be members of The Hive 100 Youth Zone on the Wirral. The facilities in place to improve the lives of young people in the area, where 1 in 3 children are living in poverty, are truly incredible. The Hive enable young people to have opportunities, experiences and someone to talk to.

Our team at Leeds donate to Rainbow Junktion, one of many cafes that intercepts food that would otherwise go to waste from supermarkets, restaurants and a number of other sources, and turns it into healthy, nutritious meals for anyone and everyone on a pay-as-you-feel donation basis.

We are proud to sponsor 20 local football teams, including Ramsbottom United. Our CEO Phil Rose and Financial Planner Tom Kennedy are both former Ramsbottom United players and first team captains, so it’s great to go back to our roots and support the club where it all began!

We support many worthy charities, including the NSPCC’s Charity Fashion Show in Manchester earlier this year. Our Rosebridge women’s team were delighted to attend hearing inspiring stories and meeting with many other Women in Business.
