LinkedIn Engagement in Quarter 2, 2025: Culture, Commitment & Connection

Rosebridge is proud to be a firm of Chartered Financial Planners dedicated to delivering bespoke, specialist advice. But beyond our technical expertise, what truly sets us apart is our culture. A culture rooted in professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to people.

Our LinkedIn engagement in Q2 offered a valuable lens into what resonates most with our clients, team, and followers. The stories that sparked the greatest interest were not just about financial milestones; they were about the people behind them.

Team Building: A Culture of Connection

Our most popular post this quarter featured our team-building day at The Big Manchester Bake, where colleagues swapped spreadsheets for spatulas and painted “no drama llamas” in a relaxed, creative setting.

This post captured the essence of Rosebridge’s team spirit and reminded our followers that behind our Chartered status is a team that values relationships, both within the firm and with our clients.

We believe that strong teams build strong client outcomes. Investing in our people, both professionally and personally, is central to our success.

Career Progression: Investing in Potential

The second most engaged post celebrated James Mannion’s completion of his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, just 15 months into his career! James’s journey from the Royal Marines to Rosebridge is a powerful example of our commitment to recognising and nurturing talent.

As our CEO, Phil Rose, shared: “First impressions really do count.” James’s determination and mindset led us to create a role specifically for him, and he has since exceeded expectations at every turn.

This story reflects our future-focused ethos. At Rosebridge, we do not just hire, we invest. We create opportunities for A-Level leavers, graduates, and professionals from all backgrounds to thrive in financial services.

Chartered Status: A Legacy of Excellence

Our third most popular post marked the renewal of our Chartered status for the 18th consecutive year. This milestone is more than a credential; it’s a reflection of our enduring commitment to continued development and the highest quality of financial advice.

As a firm with offices across Ramsbottom, Leeds, and Chester, and clients throughout the UK, our Chartered status offers reassurance that wherever you are, your financial affairs are in expert hands.
