Meet our female advice team
Our all-female advice team is led by award-winning Chartered Financial Planner Jane O’Hara, who was named Women in Finance Wealth Manager of the Year in 2022. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Jane has built a wealth of knowledge and experience that she brings to every client relationship, helping individuals and families plan confidently for their financial future.
Working alongside Jane is Financial Planner Jess McIlveen-Hayman, who joined Rosebridge in 2011. Jess spent over ten years as a Paraplanner before moving into advising, giving her a strong foundation in the technical and practical aspects of financial planning. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and providing clear, personalised advice that helps them achieve their long-term goals.
Jane and Jess are supported by Nicole Macdonald, Suzanne House and Nina Turnbull, who work closely with them to provide a consistent and personal service throughout each client relationship.
