About Jane

Jane O’Hara is Head of Strategic Growth at Rosebridge. She has over 30 years’ experience in financial services and previously worked as a Chartered Financial Planner advising clients. While in that role, she was named Women in Finance Wealth Manager of the Year in 2022. Jane is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and an affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Having previously helped clients protect their wealth and plan for the future, Jane now focuses on mentoring colleagues, developing professional relationships and supporting the next generation of financial planners. She helps colleagues strengthen their technical knowledge, develop their approach to client relationships and build confidence in their abilities.

Jane is passionate about supporting the development and progression of women across Rosebridge, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues at all stages of their careers and encouraging more women to pursue financial advice.

She also develops relationships with accountants, solicitors and other professional advisers, helping to strengthen referrals and ensure client matters progress smoothly.

Her previous advisory work covered inheritance and estate planning, retirement planning, cash flow modelling and trustee matters, working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, professional partners, medical professionals and trustees.

Away from the office, Jane enjoys keeping active, going to the gym and trips to the theatre.
