How long have you worked with Rosebridge?

My name is Mike Ganley and I’ve worked with Rosebridge since its conception really, for about 15 years.

How has Rosebridge helped you?

Rosebridge have helped me personally with lots of things because, coming from a business environment, I then had a personal relationship as like many people, my pensions and stuff were all over the place and haphazard, having changed jobs. The first thing they did was help me with the planning. From the planning stage, it went to the investment stage.

One of the things when you’re getting on in years and more mature, you need to make sure that you don’t run out of money when you retire. That was a key thing to me; I needed to make sure that my future was secure, and hopefully my children as well. So, if I could go through the whole gamit of pensions, planning, retirement, even down to my wills.

They took the total personal aspect of my onward planning from retirement onwards and sorted it out, which basically gave me peace of mind and security.

How does working with Rosebridge make you feel?

Working with Rosebridge and Phil gives you a lot of peace of mind over your future. Firstly, because of the knowledge that Phil has (not for nothing has he been the ‘Pensions Provider the Year’) and Rosebridge is blessed with lots of talented people, who have been recruited by Phil.

So, it gives you a lot of peace of mind – you don’t have to lose sleep at night, knowing that your investments, whatever they are, large or small, are safe and being looked after.

How does the whole Rosebridge team support you?

One of the great things about Rosebridge, is that it’s not only Phil who cascades his expertise down from the top, it’s the backup team that he has in place. People like Amanda, Joe, David, and all the others, who are always there to provide the infrastructure that you need.

For example, if I need an answer to anything and Phil isn’t there, there’s always somebody available to give it. So, he’s put a great infrastructure in place and I speak to them all.

How would you feel if you weren’t working with Rosebridge?

I wouldn’t be as confident in my future, in terms of my finances, if I wasn’t working with Rosebridge. From the early days of being recommended to Phil, when I was looking for somebody to start in the business side of things, I found that dealing with Rosebridge (and Phil) gives you a lot of confidence. You don’t have as many sleepless nights as you would trying to do it on your own.
What’s the best thing about working with Rosebridge?

The best thing about working with Rosebridge is the peace of mind and the feeling of security; that you’re being looked after, the problems are being seen for you, and taken care of – maybe changing your investment portfolio or whatever. That’s probably the best thing: security and peace of mind.

What three words would you use to describe Rosebridge?

In three words I’d describe Rosebridge as being trustworthy, efficient, and giving you security.

Would you recommend Rosebridge to other people?

I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Rosebridge to other people. In fact, I have recommended a number of people who are now clients, and they are as impressed with the company as I have been.
