Making a difference
The work Rosebridge does goes beyond financial planning, We are proud to be committed to making a difference in our communities and supporting good causes.
We are proud to be involved with...
Michael Wharton at Rosebridge Leeds has been involved with ‘Andy’s Man Club’, which now has over 100 clubs operating around the UK every Monday evening. Michael is proud to assist in their mission to get men talking and to break down the historical stigma associated with men’s mental illness.
We are proud to be members of The Hive 100 Youth Zone on the Wirral. The facilities in place to improve the lives of young people in the area, where 1 in 3 children are living in poverty, are truly incredible. The Hive enable young people to have opportunities, experiences and someone to talk to.
Our team at Leeds donate to Rainbow Junktion, one of many cafes that intercepts food that would otherwise go to waste from supermarkets, restaurants and a number of other sources, and turns it into healthy, nutritious meals for anyone and everyone on a pay-as-you-feel donation basis.
We are proud to sponsor 20 local football teams, including Ramsbottom United. Our CEO Phil Rose and Financial Planner Tom Kennedy are both former Ramsbottom United players and first team captains, so it’s great to go back to our roots and support the club where it all began!
We support many worthy charities, including the NSPCC’s Charity Fashion Show in Manchester earlier this year. Our Rosebridge women’s team were delighted to attend hearing inspiring stories and meeting with many other Women in Business.
During the Christmas Period Natalie and Olivia from Head Office spent time at Ramsbottom Pantry, a community run charity which aims to support everyone in need in the local area. We were also delighted to give them a large donation to support their efforts in tackling this crisis.
Charity Events
Our team also regularly attend events, this year to date our team have attended the Frank Bruno Charity Dinner at Chester Race Course as well as Young People’s Networking Events encouraging the development of our team members who are developing in their roles. We also are involved with the Wirral and West Cheshire Chamber of Commerce who host charity events throughout the year.
