The festive season is a time for good will, connection, and community spirit. At Rosebridge, we were delighted to join our clients in supporting some incredible charities and local initiatives, helping make the season brighter for those in need.
Through gift drives, fundraising, volunteering, and donations, we were able to contribute to local causes in ways that go beyond financial planning.
“This time of year reminds us how powerful community can be. Seeing our clients and colleagues come together to support these causes is truly inspiring. What matters most is creating moments of hope and connection that make a real difference.”-Phil Rose, CEO
“Every contribution, big or small, helps make Christmas brighter for someone in need. With the cost of living continuing to put pressure on families, we know this season can be especially difficult. That’s why we’re proud to stand alongside charities that do fantastic work and grateful to everyone who joined us in giving back.” – Gareth Griffiths, Director of Chester office
“Supporting these initiatives brings our team closer together and shows what we can achieve collectively. Giving back is more than a seasonal tradition; it helps build stronger communities and lasting connections, and we are committed to continuing that work into the year ahead.” – Steven Banks, Director of Leeds Office
Mission Christmas: Bringing the Magic of the Season to Those in Need
This year, Rosebridge once again hosted our annual Gift Drive in support of Mission Christmas, in partnership with Hits Radio. Thanks to the generosity of our clients, colleagues, and local community, we were able to collect a wide range of incredible gifts to help children and families facing hardship enjoy the excitement of the festive season.
Rosebridge also matched the value of all donations, enabling Mission Christmas to provide presents for age groups that typically receive fewer gifts and to purchase specialist items for children with additional needs.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed and helped to spread a little extra joy and magic this year.

Save the Family: Helping Local Families Thrive
At our Chester office, we were proud to support Save the Family, a local charity offering temporary housing and 24/7 support to homeless and at-risk families. Their dedicated team provides tailored assistance to help families overcome challenges and build a brighter future.
This year, following previous donations of children’s Christmas pyjamas, Oodies, and even a Christmas tree, we contributed adult board games for use at the charity’s coffee mornings. It was wonderful to see these items create moments of fun, connection, and joy for the families.
Ramsbottom Pantry: Making a Difference Locally
As the cost of living continues to put pressure on households, the work of Ramsbottom Pantry has never been more vital. This local initiative not only provides essential items to those facing hardship but also offers a welcoming space for anyone in need of support.
Throughout December, members of our Ramsbottom team volunteered their time at the pantry, and we also made a monetary donation to help ensure they can continue their important work throughout the festive season and beyond.

The pantry is open every Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00am – 12:00pm and runs a free drop-in café where visitors can enjoy complimentary refreshments and a friendly chat. These small moments of connection can make a big difference during challenging times.

Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day: Supporting Children Worldwide
Our team embraced the spirit of the season by taking part in Christmas Jumper Day in support of Save the Children. It was a day of good cheer and even better knit-wear as we came together for a great cause.

Beyond the fun, the event plays an important role in raising funds for Save the Children’s vital work, helping to provide education, healthcare and emergency support for children affected by poverty or crisis worldwide.
We are proud to have supported a charity that brings hope and practical assistance to children around the world.
Together, these initiatives remind us that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference, and we look forward to continuing this spirit of giving and support in the year ahead.
