About Adam

Adam is a Financial Planner at Rosebridge, providing holistic financial advice and supporting clients in achieving their long-term financial goals with clarity and confidence.

He brings nearly 15 years of experience in financial services, including roles in redress and remediation, paraplanning, and compliance. This background has given him strong technical expertise across pensions, investments, protection, and personal taxation, alongside a deep understanding of FCA regulation and client-focused outcomes.

Adam joined Rosebridge in 2023, initially supporting senior advisers and high-net-worth clients as a Paraplanner. Following a period of supervised client-facing work, he progressed into a Financial Planner role, taking on direct responsibility for client advice and planning.

Adam holds the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and qualifications in Mortgage Advice and Advanced Mortgage Advice. He is now working towards Chartered Financial Planner status, continuing to study the remaining advanced-level examinations.

Outside work, Adam and his wife Lauren are busy raising their twin boys, Harry and Arthur, and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

The staff are all professional, approachable and respond to queries very quickly.
